André Valério is a Brazilian-born guitarist, composer, arranger, and educator based in Toronto, celebrated for his versatility, passion for teaching, and deep connection to Brazilian music traditions. An in-demand performer on Canada’s world and jazz scenes, André is the guitarist for Tio Chorinho, Canada’s first ensemble dedicated to the traditional Brazilian style of choro.
